Refund Policy

Lightcrawl, Inc. ("Lightcrawl," "we," "us," or "our") provides access to the Services on a paid subscription basis. This Refund Policy explains how charges are handled when you cancel or change a subscription.

All Sales Final

Except where required by applicable law, all fees paid for subscriptions to the Services are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for:

  • Partial billing periods or unused time remaining on a subscription;
  • Features or usage allowances that go unused during a billing period;
  • Accounts that are cancelled, downgraded, suspended, or terminated;
  • Failure to cancel before the start of a new renewal period.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made. You will retain paid access to the Services until the end of the billing period in which you cancelled.

Downgrades to a lower-priced plan take effect at the end of the current billing period and do not generate a refund for the difference.

Failed Payments and Involuntary Cancellations

If a payment is declined, we may suspend or limit access to the Services until the payment is resolved. Subscriptions that remain unpaid after a reasonable dunning period may be cancelled and the account downgraded to the free tier. Previously paid fees are not refunded in connection with an involuntary cancellation.

Discretionary Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, issue a refund or account credit outside of this Policy (for example, if a service-level issue is determined to be our fault). Any such exception is granted one-time only and does not create any obligation to issue refunds or credits in the future.

Required by Law

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides statutory cancellation or refund rights that cannot be waived by agreement, those rights apply notwithstanding this Policy. Contact us using the details below to exercise any such rights.
